What I collect

Your email address — when you enter it on a tool page or sign up for the daily emails.
Purchase details — when you buy, Stripe shares your email and what you bought so I can deliver it. I never see your card number.
Basic analytics — this site uses Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics cookies to see which pages get visited. Standard stuff, no ad targeting run by me.
An access cookie — if you buy the Vault, a cookie keeps your vault unlocked on your device. That's its only job.
Blueprint intake information — if you buy a Personalized YouTube Business Blueprint, I collect the private answers you submit so I can prepare the deliverable and conduct the included review.
Fulfillment and appointment status — purchase, intake, delivery, cancellation, rescheduling, reminder, refund, and dispute status are recorded with the order so I can operate the service without losing a buyer between systems.
Attribution information — campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers in the URL may be stored with the order so I can understand which source led to a purchase. Raw Blueprint intake answers are not placed in analytics.

What I do with it

I deliver what you bought, operate personalized fulfillment, manage appointments, send transactional and reminder emails, measure the funnel, prevent duplicate or unauthorized access, and provide support. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an active purchase, intake, delivery, appointment, refund, or dispute are separate from marketing. I don't sell or rent your email to anyone.

Who processes it

Stripe — payments.
Amazon SES — sending the emails.
A self-hosted newsletter server — storing the email list (my server, not a third-party marketing platform).
Google Tag Manager / Analytics — page analytics.
Google Calendar / Meet — live availability, appointment invitations, cancellations, rescheduling, and video-call access for the included Blueprint Review.
AI-assisted tools — private intake information may be processed to help organize or draft a personalized Blueprint. It is not used by Pratt Media to publish your raw responses or to train a public customer-facing model.

Retention and security

Payment records are retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Blueprint intake and operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the service, support the customer, and resolve payment issues. Access and management links are private bearer links; do not forward them. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing with one click in any marketing email. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email tyler@myaibusinesshq.com. Some payment and transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud, dispute, or legal reasons even after other customer information is deleted.
